Reorder of updated carabiner "flight-style" key tags was perfect! They look great, the quality is amazing. We also ordered embroidered patches for the first time, and they look great! As ever, the quality is fantastic. I have never been disappointed with any order.

the only issue is that the site does not provide good status updates of the project and customer service is slow to respond to an inquiry.

I struggled with the specs provided on the product because we were purchasing two different sizes. I was able to ask questions and get the exact specs required for each product. Of course I think that information would be nice to see up front on the site.

The only time I asked for customer service was an update on my wristbands, which I got a reply to! They are still nice as of July!
